Fly from Portland to Yachats in 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a bus. In February in Yachats, expect temperatures between 12°C during the day and 5°C at night. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 6th (Sat) so you can catch the flight to Seaside.

Start off your visit on the 7th (Sun): tour the pleasant surroundings at Astoria Column, then immerse yourself in nature at Fort Stevens State Park, then observe the fascinating underwater world at Seaside Aquarium, and finally immerse yourself in nature at Ecola State Park.
