Pune has long enjoyed a reputation as a center of culture and commerce, with many dynastic rulers making the town central to their regional plans in the centuries before the British Raj.

Jaipur — 4 nights

Pink City

Known as the "Pink City" because of the color of the stone used for many of its notable structures, Jaipur draws visitors with its chaotic street life and a slew of colorful bazaars selling everything from handmade pottery to tie-dye scarves.
Spend the 11th (Sat) wandering through the wild on a nature and wildlife tour. There's lots more to do: step into the grandiose world of Amber Palace, look for gifts at Gems Paradise, take an in-depth tour of City Palace of Jaipur, and admire the striking features of Hawa Mahal - Palace of Wind.
