Only one word accurately describes India's commercial capital Mumbai: big.
Get a sense of the local culture at Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya. Attractions like Marine Drive and Mani Bhavan Gandhi Museum make great kid-friendly stops. There's much more to do: make a trip to Gateway of India, examine the collection at Red Carpet Wax Museum, take in the spiritual surroundings of Haji Ali Mosque, and visit Nariman Point.

Pune has long enjoyed a reputation as a center of culture and commerce, with many dynastic rulers making the town central to their regional plans in the centuries before the British Raj.
Kids will enjoy Dagadusheth Halwai Ganapati Temple and Sarasbaug Ganesh Temple. Raja Dinkar Kelkar Museum and Darshan Museum are good opportunities to explore the local culture. There's much more to do: step into the grandiose world of Sinhagad Fort, contemplate in the serene atmosphere at ISKCON NVCC Temple, cool off at Skyjumper Trampoline Park - Pune, and examine the collection at Pune Tribal Museum.
