Pink City

Known as the "Pink City" because of the color of the stone used for many of its notable structures, Jaipur draws visitors with its chaotic street life and a slew of colorful bazaars selling everything from handmade pottery to tie-dye scarves.
Get some cultural insight at Amber Palace and Hawa Mahal - Palace of Wind. Spend the 19th (Mon) wandering through the wild on a nature and wildlife tour. There's much more to do: look and learn at Jantar Mantar - Jaipur, admire the striking features of Sheesh Mahal (Hall of Mirrors), get the lay of the land with Walking tours, and view the masterpieces at Jitesh Arts.
