Gateway to India

Only one word accurately describes India's commercial capital Mumbai: big.
Get some cultural insight at Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya. There's still lots to do: appreciate the history behind Gateway of India, take an in-depth tour of Mani Bhavan Gandhi Museum, get outside with Marine Drive, and pause for some serene contemplation at Mount Mary Basilica.

Known as the "Pink City" because of the color of the stone used for many of its notable structures, Jaipur draws visitors with its chaotic street life and a slew of colorful bazaars selling everything from handmade pottery to tie-dye scarves.
Your cultural itinerary includes sights like Amber Palace and Jantar Mantar - Jaipur. Spend the 14th (Wed) wandering through the wild on a nature and wildlife tour.
