Known as the "Pink City" because of the color of the stone used for many of its notable structures, Jaipur draws visitors with its chaotic street life and a slew of colorful bazaars selling everything from handmade pottery to tie-dye scarves.
Get a sense of the local culture at Amber Palace and Hawa Mahal - Palace of Wind. Spend the 8th (Thu) wandering through the wild on a nature and wildlife tour. And it doesn't end there: look and learn at Jantar Mantar - Jaipur, experience rural life at Ele Experience Farm, take an in-depth tour of Museum of Gem and Jewellery Federation, and admire the striking features of Sheesh Mahal (Hall of Mirrors).
