Satisfy your inner culture vulture at Mount Mary Basilica and Babulnath Temple. Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Red Carpet Wax Museum and Mahalakshmi Temple. Known as the "Pink City" because of the color of the stone used for many of its notable structures, Jaipur draws visitors with its chaotic street life and a slew of colorful bazaars selling everything from handmade pottery to tie-dye scarves.
You'll discover tucked-away gems like Anokhi Museum of Hand Printing and K.L. Jewellers. Get some cultural insight at Amber Palace and Govind Dev Ji Temple.
