Known as the "Pink City" because of the color of the stone used for many of its notable structures, Jaipur draws visitors with its chaotic street life and a slew of colorful bazaars selling everything from handmade pottery to tie-dye scarves.
Get a sense of the local culture at Amber Palace and Jantar Mantar - Jaipur. Spend the 2nd (Sun) wandering through the wild on a nature and wildlife tour. There's much more to do: get engrossed in the history at City Palace of Jaipur, admire the striking features of Hawa Mahal - Palace of Wind, take in the local highlights with Walking tours, and relax and rejuvenate at some of the top local wellness centers.
