Pink City

Known as the "Pink City" because of the color of the stone used for many of its notable structures, Jaipur draws visitors with its chaotic street life and a slew of colorful bazaars selling everything from handmade pottery to tie-dye scarves.
Get a sense of the local culture at Amber Palace and Nature & Wildlife Tours. There's lots more to do: make a trip to Hawa Mahal - Palace of Wind, get engrossed in the history at City Palace of Jaipur, relax and rejuvenate at some of the best spas, and examine the collection at Albert Hall Museum.
