Known as the "Pink City" because of the color of the stone used for many of its notable structures, Jaipur draws visitors with its chaotic street life and a slew of colorful bazaars selling everything from handmade pottery to tie-dye scarves.
Spend the 28th (Thu) wandering through the wild on a nature and wildlife tour. And it doesn't end there: explore the historical opulence of Amber Palace, tour the pleasant surroundings at Ele Experience Farm, contemplate the long history of Jal Mahal, and stop by K.L. Jewellers.

Traveling by flight from Mumbai to Jaipur takes 3.5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a train. When traveling from Mumbai in July, plan for somewhat warmer days in Jaipur, with highs around 40°C, while nights are about the same with lows around 30°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 30th (Sat) early enough to fly back home.
