Start off your visit on the 28th (Mon): contemplate the long history of India Gate, take in the spiritual surroundings of Humayun's Tomb, then steep yourself in history at Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, and finally contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Birla Mandir Temple (Lakshmi Narayan). Pink City

Known as the "Pink City" because of the color of the stone used for many of its notable structures, Jaipur draws visitors with its chaotic street life and a slew of colorful bazaars selling everything from handmade pottery to tie-dye scarves.
Spend the 2nd (Fri) wandering through the wild on a nature and wildlife tour. There's still lots to do: step into the grandiose world of Amber Palace, look and learn at Jantar Mantar - Jaipur, get engrossed in the history at City Palace of Jaipur, and look for gifts at Jaipur Blue Pottery Art Centre.
