Leh — 3 nights

The former capital of the Kingdom of Ladakh, Leh possesses a historic old town area marked by stupas, monasteries, and traditional mud-brick houses.
You've now added Ju-Leh Adventure to your itinerary. There's still lots to do: contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Thiksey Monastery, see the interesting displays at Hall of Fame, and make a trip to Confluence of the Indus and Zanskar Rivers.

Chennai to Leh is an approximately 8-hour flight. You can also fly; or drive. On the 4th (Sun), wrap the sightseeing up by early afternoon so you can drive to Manali.

Manali — 2 nights

People visit Manali for a number of reasons, but all of them revolve around the landscape.
Kick off your visit on the 5th (Mon): contemplate the waterfront views at Beas River and then head outdoors with Outdoor Activities. On the next day, take in the dramatic scenery at Jogini Waterfall and then take in the spiritual surroundings of Hidimba Devi Temple.

You can drive from Leh to Manali in 9 hours. Other options are to drive; or do a combination of flight and bus. Finish your sightseeing early on the 6th (Tue) so you can fly to New Delhi.

New Delhi — 1 night

Designed by notable English architects and proclaimed India's capital in 1931, New Delhi sits in the middle of a sprawling metropolitan area with a population of over 25 million.
Kick off your visit on the 7th (Wed): enjoy breathtaking views from Qutub Minar, then contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Humayun's Tomb, then contemplate the long history of India Gate, and finally take in the spiritual surroundings of Birla Mandir Temple (Lakshmi Narayan).

Traveling by flight from Manali to New Delhi takes 3 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or do a combination of taxi, bus, and train. In July, daily temperatures in New Delhi can reach 41°C, while at night they dip to 31°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 7th (Wed) to allow time to drive to Agra.

Pink City

Known as the "Pink City" because of the color of the stone used for many of its notable structures, Jaipur draws visitors with its chaotic street life and a slew of colorful bazaars selling everything from handmade pottery to tie-dye scarves.
