The allure of the multi-cultural capital, Brussels, stems from its mix of political intrigue, artistic influence, historical significance, and a thriving social scene.
Do some cultural sightseeing at Atomium and Grand Place. There's still lots to do: examine the collection at Musical Instruments Museum (MIM), steep yourself in history at Serres Royales De Laeken, admire the masterpieces at Royal Museums of Fine Arts of Belgium, and contemplate in the serene atmosphere at St. Michael and St. Gudula Cathedral (Cathedrale St-Michel et Ste-Gudule).

The medieval town of Bruges centers around a canal, and the architecture of its historical district has made it a World Heritage Site.
Do some cultural sightseeing at Historic Centre of Brugge and Saint Bavo's Cathedral. Get out of town with these interesting Bruges side-trips: Ghent (Graslei and Korenlei, Gravensteen, &more). The adventure continues: admire the masterpieces at Groeningemuseum, make a trip to The Markt, see the interesting displays at Choco-Story - The Chocolate Museum, and steep yourself in history at The Princely Beguinage Ten Wijngaarde.
