Safaripark Beekse Bergen, Hilvarenbeek

Great place to spend time with kids. It was a unique experience for us to be able live right next to a few lions 🦁 . You hear them roaring the whole night but it was exciting and fun. The safari park has lot of animals to visit by foot or by car or by boat. We tried all and it was worth it. There is a big fun park for kids with rides as well. Days well spent.

A beautiful zoo where animals roam freely. I got together with my friends and their kids for a Sunday activity. It was a pleasant day. You can do a safari by bus and ship. There is also an option that you can do with your vehicle if you prefer, but it is a bit limited compared to others. What I don't like about this place is that the food options were a little less; frankly, we couldn't find anything to eat. But if you want to do a safari without going to Africa, it is a good option. The parking fee is 9.50 Euros, and you can get it from the internet or the kiosks at the entrance. There is no control when entering, but they check one by one when leaving. I would recommend not taking it in advance to don't stay at the exit.
