  • The park itself is very accessible by the main road. The price is indeed 10 fold for tourists but I found it well okay, it still works out at £5 per adult and our 4 year old didn't pay. The first area you can access is 5 mn walk down the beach and gives you access to a sandy beach for a good scenery. Then the rest (whichever way you chose) I would classify as a proper Trek. With our son it was really a hard one and took about 1h30 to reach the beach at the south of the park. I wish this was made clearer to tourists as I expected at least one path to be easy and the other (the waterfall) to be hard .
  • I don’t think 100 baht entrance fee is a deal breaker. Did enjoy the trail, very quiet and the scenery was amazing. You can access the small sandy beach at the end of the trail as a reward. However, for people looking for the water fall, it is at an entirely different place far from here (Tong Chong Fa), about 10 km away, but accessible with the same ticket. The water fall is a little tricky, there are 5 levels in total, but only the first 3 levels were marked. If you are adventurous and willing to go off trail, then feel free to take the challenge. I didn’t because it was already 5:30pm and sky was getting dark, and still didn’t find level 4 10 minutes after passing level 3.
