Still relatively undeveloped and part of a national park, the beach remains something of a hidden gem. The peaceful atmosphere here is refreshingly lacking in pushy vendors and powerboats. Be wary when swimming, however, as there is a drop off into the sea a short distance from the shore. The waves are strong and powerful, so only strong adult swimmers should venture into the waters. It’s an amazing beach. Very clean compared to other Thai beaches. Beautiful sunsets every day. If you are looking to stay nearby, it has some amazing resorts. Highly recommend SALA.

Just a 1 hour sightseeing add on for all the tourists, do not miss this as this is the place where one can watch a plane land at the closest. The beach is very very clean,one has to park the car/bike at the parking little away from the beach and take a tuk tuk, a 3 min ride to the beach. Loved it from every aspects.
