  • Traveling up the mountain is a real experience. Last time I picked up two monks who were headed to the temple. One spoke great English and we had a great conversation during the whole trip. It's a sacred Buddhist temple that is worth traveling to. I've been there many times and I am still awestruck.
  • Beauty 5/5 We were told that there were 306 stairs, we didn’t count but there were many. This temple is the most beautiful temple we have visited. There is a shoe locker and our numbers were 15 & 16. While shaking those numbered sticks inside the temple, 2 of the sticks fell out and the numbers were 15 & 16. Don’t know if i should call this a coincidence or blessing.
