Nice and updated building and facility. No tours in English but they gave us an iPad to read off of to the corresponding numbers on the wall. Very small cheese samples provided. Nice restaurant for...

Seeing the cheese making process is amazing. They have everything labeled and you can watch the cheese being made in real time. The staff is very accommodating. Food in the restaurant is ok. The local specialty pear based pie is a must try if you like spiced fruit, otherwise the ice cream and fruit cocktail would be better suited. Wear shoes suitable for walking in a field so you can take a walk the the large specimen tree at the top of the hillside behind the factory. You can see the entire valley from the hilltop. For the kiddos there is a fun playground outside.

They have a self guided tour which includes cheese samples and a view of the cheese making process. They also let you make your own herb combinations to take home. It was interesting and delicious!
