The husband-and-wife couple amassed a large collection of modern classics during their lifetimes. This is an amazing modern art museum. We were lucky to hear about it on our way to Basel so we were able to stop and visit. It’s a small museum but the collection is great! Highly recommended!

A small museum on size but with the highest level of modern painting from the most famous artists. A series of well organized top exhibitions though out the year. The building itself is also a piece of fine art and well integrated into the nature environment. It’s free admission to all below 26 years old.

Fantastic museum for modern/contemporary art. We caught the Mondrian exhibit, which was really eye-opening, showing his progression in style. The room with a giant Monet juxtaposed with a Gerhard Richter piece is another highlight. The architecture and design of the building itself is also very cool, and there are some pleasant outdoor spaces associated with it as well. The museum is very easy to get to via bus.
