One of the most beautiful road trips ever had! Furka pass connect Ursental with Goms area and while driving through the valley you have a great wall of mountains taking your breath away! The road in end of August was in great condition and on the way there are many spots to stay and relax and two small restaurant's! The maximum altitude is 2436 meters! Close by hotel Belvedere there is an ice cage and definitely recommend to have a look.

The Furka Pass will be a cherished memory for years to come. I will go back soon and stay longer. The scenery on this alpine pass is just incredible. We visited in October and the road was empty. We only saw a couple of dozen vehicles the whole drive. The views at the top are jaw dropping.
