At one of the highest points of Petrovaradin fortress sits The Clock Tower, an old Baroque tower with one clock face on each of its four sides, featuring reversed hour and minute hands. Rebuilt in the 18th century, the 2 m (6.6 ft) clock helped fishermen know the approximate time from afar by seeing only the hour hand. Jokingly dubbed "the drunken clock," it reportedly runs fast during the summer months and lags behind in winter. Visit the site and check the accuracy of this local landmark for yourself. From here you'll also get unmatched views of the river and the rooftops below. Plan to see The Clock Tower and other attractions that appeal to you using our Novi Sad visit planner.

This clock is on a building near the fortress. It is called the crazy clock because the little hand tells the minutes and the big hand tells the hour. A bit nuts!

As a part of the local fortress, it is a good place to visit. Bellow the clock is a teras with great view to the city. I wish I can say more but I can't.
