An interesting small museum in the heart of Sintra. The museum is consists of 4 rooms including the sculptures and sketches of two 20th century Portuguese artists Artur and Pedro Anjos Teixeira, father and son. It is open on Tuesdays to Fridays from 10 to 18 and on Saturdays and Sundays from 12 to 18. The entrance is free.

Museu Anjos Teixeira (Museum of Anjos Teixera) is an attraction in Sintra where you can see contemporary works of Portuguese sculptures, Arthur and Pedro Anjos Teixeira. The museum is located downhill from the curved street, Vulcha Dulche which links the area of Sintra around the rail station to the historic city centre area. In addition to the actual museum there are quite a few sculptures that have been placed along the Vulcha Dulche sidewalk as well. Like the Teixieira sculptures, these focus on contemporary human and animal representations, some of which are quite interesting to view if you are a fan of sculptures.
