Create an itinerary including Cathedrale Notre-Dame
Built in the late-Gothic style, Cathedrale Notre-Dame contains the tombs of several important historical figures, including John the Blind, Count of Luxembourg and King of Bohemia from 1310 to 1346. The impressive 17th-century architecture also warrants a close look: note the beautiful sculpted portal and Baroque organ gallery. Politicians and royalty walk these halls every year after Easter, when the national pilgrimage brings people to the closing ceremony at this church. • A lovely place, very serene. We were lucky to attend an organ recital at the Cathedral. Shame about the skateboarding outside.

  • Very beautiful cathedral, we were there in Easter Sunday it was not crowded, unfortunately we didn’t manage to see any ceremony, but still very impressed by the art and sculptures and architecture. You can feel the positive energy and definitely the best place to pray, meditate and light a candle
  • The cathedral is just absolutely breathtaking and truest stunning. We took a walk around the grass and there was a lady playing the violin which was just beautiful. There are some statues and round the back are toilets which is 2 euros. Highly recommend to go and see.
