A wealthy family built Torre dei Lamberti in 1172, and it stands as a reminder of the many towers that once dotted Verona's skyline. The 84 m (275.6 ft) tall structure is a mix of architectural styles added over the centuries. Climb to the top for views of the old town and countryside. Listen for two sets of bells, the Rengo and Marangona, which still ring occasionally. Take the elevator to the viewing platform if the climb looks too strenuous. Put Torre dei Lamberti into our Verona route planner to see other points of interest to visit during your vacation in Verona.

You can do some shopping in that small market while you walk. Specially after a heavy lunch :) I would recommend it

Obligatory tower on the main square with superb views of the city. Unfortunately was a rainy/cloudy day, but could still see the city. Elevator or ~350 stairs to walk up. 6 eur entry. 360 views. Worth it I believe. Tickets purchased at the bottom, next to the main square.

Good views of Verona old town, but at the price of 6€ I think its too expensive just for the views and time wasted in the queue. I think its better to go to the Castel San Pietro, the views are much better, the entrance is free and you don't waste probably 30min or more waiting in a queue.
