    You will find many people from Venezia buying because is very difficult the find variety in the grocery stores in Venezia. The place is super noisy and very crowded.  more »

    Apparently, the market is nowhere near as bustling as it used to be, but that makes it kind of nice. EVERYTHING IS SUPER FRESH! My only wish was a kitchen to cook in, but I was on vacation. Lots of interesting sights and sounds. Beware of the seagulls. They're strong and always hungry!

    We had a lot of fun walking around the market. We ended up buying some sun-dried tomatoes and some Pancetta to take home. If you like markets - this is definitely recommended!
