Beautiful peaceful place. We visited from Rome - Termini as the heat and the city albeit; a beautiful place, got a bit much after day 5 and my feet and soul needed a rest. We got the train for approx.... more

Due to the Covid-19, the Saracen Tower and part of the Museum are closed, and there are no guided tours. However, the entrance still costs €8. Quite expensive, for what is currently possible to visit.... more

Very nice and well preserved castel. We visited it at the end of September. We were almost alone in the castle and the museum. Part of the information is in English. It is a nice stop on the way. There is a restaurant at the entrance and plenty of parking.

For a day visit trip from Rome... Enjoy museum/Castle and why not take walk and sit Dow at the beach. Nice Ristorante just 200 m from the castle.
