From the first contact until our driver/guide, Franco dropped us off back at the cruise terminal, we could NOT have been happier. When setting up the shore excursion tour from the port of Livorno to Pisa and Florence, Sharon was very responsive and quickly answered all our questions. We had an option to buy tickets for the main sites through Papillon. Franco was punctual and polite. His knowledge was wonderful and his Mercedes van was spotless! He had a cooler of cold beverages and was super attentive to my mother who is 78 and not very mobile. He showed us a couple of spots that weren't on the itinerary and added a quick drive though tour of Livorno on the way back to the ship. In addition, he knows the best place for a sandwich in Florence and the best ice cream. They offer driver guides for Rome and from several other ports. I would highly recommend this company and Franco!
