Florence main attractions were closed but we could walk through the Palazzo Strozzi/Muse e Firenze. We were lucky in that there was an exhibit which Luca, our guide, explained about the artist more »

The Strozzi Palace is host to some superbly created exhibitions of artwork of global reputation and significance. The curation is excellent and quite often there are two separate exhibitions, one in the main upstairs hall and the other in the extensive basement. It's very central and the easily accessible on foot from pretty much anywhere in Florence.

So this was a very nice museum but the ticketing was not clear so we had the wrong combo tickets. We were a little mad and had a good reduction so ask things twice and more please!
