  • Beautiful place. Water is clean and we can swim in the small pool below the waterfall. Parking is available. It costs 5rs for 2 wheeler parking and 5rs entry fee. From parking you need to trek for roughly 800 meters which includes steps and if it is rainy season then there will be slush. Also be careful there are leaches near to waterfall.
  • Vibhuti falls It is approx 50km from gokarna main beach. We left at 0700 hrs and reached the falls at 0830 hrs. The falls open at 0800 hrs. A sweet guard welcomed us. The entry fee is 10 inr. There are enough places to eat breakfast and a major Meal. There is a walk from the main gate, approx 10-15 mins. It's a steep walk , there are enough places to rest, incase you feel like sitting. the major portion of the steps is made with help of existing roots of trees. Their is a lifeguard on duty at the falls and he does not allow people to trek up to the source of the water fall. There are life jackets for rent, 50 INR. The water was cold, despite the heat. There is a changing room as well and you can easily spend one hour. Water is crystal clear and can be even used for drinking. Their are a lot of inquisitive fish who would try coming to inspect the dead skin of your feet, don't shy away. Their was no garbage, and is kept very well. If you are planning to further go to Yana caves/ or the fort, go to their and then come to the waterfall, as it will be better to sweat out and then jump into the water. The fall shuts at 1700 hrs.
