Mall of Travancore(MOT) is a shopping mall located in Trivandrum, Kerala, India. Developed by Malabar Group, it is the first shopping mall in Trivandrum. The mall was initiated by Malabar Developers in 2014 and was completed in 2018. It covers an area of 700,000 square feet (65,000 m2). The mall has three floors of retail space, comprising more than 150 retailers.

    MOT (Mall of Travancore) is the first shopping mall in the capital city. It is located on highway. Therefore it is easily accessible and parking facilities are available at the basement. The mall looks clean and neat. It has the outlet of many popular brands and also contains the spaces for fun such as theatre, food court and games section. It has become a favourite spot to hangout with friends and families. It is mostly crowded on weekends.

    Fantastic mall! Very clean. Got there on a Friday afternoon and there were very few people. Good balance of Indian outlets vs international outlet. Very nice food court with good selection of Eateries. A must visit, if in town.
