Unprofessional and liars : When I called for a haircut, the guy who answered the call said they have only Senior Stylist and it would cost 550+taxes for a haircut. When I declined to have an appointment, he said they have a Basic Stylist and it would cost 250+taxes. A clear indication that they have no real distinction between stylists and just make a blind attempt to make more money. I should have realised their lack of professionalism and ethics here and should not have gone ahead with the appointment. I instead booked an appointment. The guy who did the service was very good in his craft and the good thing ended there. Here's the list of how unprofessional they were: 1. At the time of billing, the guy who answered my call (he was still at the front desk) told me that the amount was Rs. 366/-. When I asked him how come it's Rs. 366 and not Rs. 295 (250 + 18% taxes), he said "it's for the disposable apron". When I confronted that it was not informed before, he shot back saying "this is how it is". It is ridiculous, unprofessional to levy hidden/uninformed charges after the service was taken and daylight robbery to charge Rs. 71 for the disposable (at best, it would be worth Rs.20). 2. When I asked him for the invoice for Rs. 366/-, he said the invoice will be only for the service (Rs. 295/-) and there won't be any bill for Rs. 71/- (for the disposable). It was unethical and a fraudulent attempt to swindle money by producing an invoice for Rs. 295, but ask for my card for swiping Rs.366. When I protested that I will only pay what is in the invoice, after 2-3 minutes, he obliged to produce the invoice for Rs. 366. 3. I demanded that I have to see the invoice first before they swipe my card. They made several attempts to print the invoice and finally put-up a sorry face saying the printer is not working. What infuriated was when he asked me to give him my mobile for taking a photo of the monitor (on which he supposedly had the invoice and I had no trust in whatever he was saying). Why should a customer handover his/her mobile to a stranger for fault with the salon's printer ? 4. When I asked him to produce/send a soft copy of the invoice directly to my mobile, he said there's no such option and was trying to pass the blame on the system. Then, he pulled my card from the PoS, muttered something under his breath, and said in a very rude tone colloquially "You can leave, I'll pay the money as a wastage". By this time, he had lost his temper (all for fault on his side), was speaking in a very rude tone and had to be pacified by another lady in the reception. I quit the place after asking her to swipe the amount of Rs. 366/-. They are unprofessional, unethical, peddle lies and offer nothing special for the price they demand. No wonder this place is in a shambles and there was none before/after me availing their service.

Did heel peel from this branch. Had really bad experience in terms of service as well as the info provided. From the menu they showed a service for 1000rs but during billing they said I was given advanced heel peel treatment without any info or asking for consent and charged 1800+tax. I was given this info after billing only. Perfect looters(the receptionist and service provider) !! Also the service provider wasn’t careful while applying the corrosive/acidic natured heel peel cream. It came in contact with a wound I had in between two toes. Neither did they warn me of the nature of the cream and asked if there was any wounds to be cautious. Very careless of them. Not worth the brand name !!
