You can walk to this temple . It's nearer to Ram Jhula. There is a bit of small hiking but temple offers very beautiful view of whole Rishikesh along with Ganga river. That's the view you are going...

This temple is around with lots of natural beauty. When I go here I literally feel that I came to heaven. And there are a lot of peaceful vibes. When I go top to the temple and see there is a wonderful scenery behind the temple and front of the temple. And the river view is outstanding. That river is most beautiful with the nature of beauty. Someone said a lot, Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better.

Yeah it was a good holy place to visit as part of a religious tour. But I won't recommend for the ones who hate stairs cause its main highlight was this ( no worries there is another way ahead of this staircase to reach temple but its an inclined reach...). And also have a great view from the top of temple which you could see the whole of Rishikesh (I think so).
