    Ticket charge : rs.30 ( as of june 2022) Parking space available. Good ambience. Every rooms are empty, just can roam around and see the surroundings and house. Some rooms and pond were closed when I went. Renovations were going on. Not too crowded. Good to kill some extra time in a peaceful atmosphere.

    Wonderful place to visit. You can experience authentic Kerala architecture here. Open from 9 to 5 every day. Ticket cost is 30 rupees per person. Free parking and toilet facilities available. Well managed!
