This is a must do for anyone visiting Kerala/India! Nimi is an absolute legend, a real Annapurni! So very knowledgeable, kind and a great teacher. We learnt about the basics of Indian cuisine and specifically Kerala cuisine, the spices and alternatives we could get at home and got to cook hands on in her lovely riverside kitchen. With her café Annapurni, her cooking books and classes she aims to keep the local recipes alive and support local (female) farmers. Truly a culinary but also a cultural and emotional experience. Thank you so much again!

Best cooking lesson ever. Nimi is so talented and full of knowledge, and at the time sweet and funny. We learnt everything about spices and cooked a lot of different Kerala dishes. I would really recommend this experience to anyone coming to Munnar!! Thank you Nimi!!
