  • Shanti stupa is another lovely place in Leh. It is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Is has some Japanese connection. The place provides some excellent photo opp.

  • The view from the top is amazing. You can either walk up the stairs or get a car or bike to ride up the hill. The place Sareen and you will enjoy its stillness unless there are loud tourist nearby. It took took 20 minutes or less walk up the stairs and it is not that difficult but was steep climb I should say. I recommend trying it once. There is restaurant and meditation Center on top.
  • Nice and beautiful. Views from there was also amazing. Only one con: during announced by government free tickets for indian monuments and museums (available 5-15.08.22 in honour of Independence Day) they charge us on entry anyway.
