I had bought a couple of bigger pieces of from them before in 2020 and 21 and it was through COD.. yesterday I placed an order for tiny ear studs worth rs. 550 through COD and they sent me an order confirmation mail to me. Today they are acting very funny by sending a message saying that i need to make a prepaid order otherwise it will not be sent.. they call it a "technical" problem .. they sent images of the product which was bent and looked unfinished.. in a way it became a blessing in disguise..i asked them to keep it with them safely😂.. with their limited collection and unprofessional behaviour i do not want to deal with such a business anymore . Further they are taking flat Rs . 200 for shipping🙄. great escape💃
