It's a visit that one must do if you are staying at Hassan.. Go early morning reach at the base of the mountain by 6 am. So that it's cooler to climb and go slow so that you don't get tired...

Serenity at its best!! Mutta is so peaceful you would fall into meditation automatically. Walls have beautiful ancient paintings, unfortunately no one was to there to explain the story behind paintings.

A place of historical and dharmic importance. Center of Jain tradition at Shravanabelagola. Beautiful idols of tirtankaras and devi adorn the temple at the matha. Paintings of natural colors are a treat for the eyes. Must visit if in Shravanabelagola.
