Graf von Faber-Castell'sches Schloss, Stein

We did the public tour what was a lot of issues regarding the registration and buying of tickets beforehand there is no good information on the website and even there at location no one could help us and sad that no tour was possible for today but we did the online registration and we could still join the tour of 12 am. We did the faber castell castle tour witch was in german but was fine by us. It was an amazing experience and i wish we could see more of this amazing building with rich history i would reccomend to visit the faber castell site where you can spend all day to be amazed

Beautiful structure that hosted this weekend's winter market...perfect grounds for such. I need more time to explore the entire complex (museum, shop, surrounding area, etc) and regret that I could not take pictures (besides the one that I snuck when the roving security wasn't looking) of the inside (for example the lavish bathrooms--not the public one, the huge ones!). Small free lot and cheap public parking garage nearby.
