Very unfriendly lady at the reception of the DünenSpa. We wanted to book a massage and were treated in a very listless and moody manner, so we just left. This is how the company makes losses. It's a shame because it actually made a good impression from a purely visual point of view.

The sauna is expensive at €18 for 2 hours, but it is also very nice. Unfortunately, due to the energy saving measures, only 2 of the 4 saunas are currently open, which is why I actually find the €18 far too expensive. I guess I just picked a bad time to visit. If the sauna was fully open I would definitely give 4-5 stars.
