Visit the infamous site of the Nazi Party's national rallies at Dokumentationszentrum Reichsparteitagsgelände in the historic city of Nuremberg. The museum complex features several exhibits dedicated to the rise and fall of the Third Reich in the north wing of the unfinished Congress Hall. Visit the permanent exhibit, Fascination and Terror, to learn more about National Socialism and its legacy in Nuremberg. Then, venture outside to admire the Coliseum-inspired architecture of the grand building. Don't forget to pick up an audio guide at the entrance; the majority of the exhibits do not provide English descriptions. • Whilst the place was under renovation and there is only an interim exhibition, it is still worth our way to make this 30 min trip (from Nuremberg Old Town) to visit this place A sombre place...

  • Tragic history but well worth the experience. Multiple languages supported for tours with hand radios.
  • Due to construction there was only a temporary exhibit available. It seemed somewhat disorganized and not what we expected. We did not know about the construction in the main building. It was informative but I believe could have been better organized.
