Actionsport, Nordhausen

We were diving in this base for the first time and weren't quite as hyped as we had hoped. The bungalow was very nice and functional, so that we felt comfortable there. Microwave, toaster, cans and bottle openers could perhaps be added (during the week the production noises of the nearby company might disturb you). The breakfast was good and the lady who prepared it for us was very nice and accommodating, which cannot always be said of the whole crew. The cleanliness was consistently convincing. The prices for the accommodation were certainly reasonable, but the prices for diving were a bit excessive, it seems to us. €12.50 for a day ticket for diving is more in the upper league and if I rent a bottle, then the air is already inside in other places and does not have to be paid extra. I wouldn't want to dive this lake at the weekend because of the rush, but otherwise it's definitely worth a few dives. There is a lot to see, such as wrecks, Nordhusia, large carp, perch, sturgeons...and with good visibility. But you also have to know that it drops mostly steeply there and flat zones are not that common (can only be concluded from our dives).
