Product beautiful but customer service/advice in my case miserable. I had a glass sent to Switzerland and when ordering I asked what the additional costs would be with shipping AND customs. I have now received a separate additional customs invoice that I am supposed to pay. Now the paid shipping + customs costs exceed the value of the product. If I had been advised correctly, I would not have ordered the product! Unfortunately, the accessibility for queries both by email and by phone was miserable (it was only picked up on the 10th call and I still didn't get an answer to the email 1 week later). Unfortunately only 2 stars

Unfortunately only 2 stars, the products are excellent, but unfortunately the customer service is de facto non-existent. Nobody ever answers the phone. With such expensive products, you also expect a corresponding service.
