During our visit the museum was 10 euro to enter. Lockers are provided (& required to use) for small bags before you enter. Staff were all friendly and the staff we spoke to all spoke good...

I have absolutely no talent in Art or know how to appreciate it but visited Stadel Museum as it was supposed to house works from the very best artists. I wandered around the building and was thoroughly impressed with the gorgeous building and also the large variety of beautiful works (of different categories) kept in pristine condition! Just amazing….

One of the best museums we ever visited, particularly because of the well written explanations provided next to the paintings. These were really special compared to other museums and provided valuable information to understand the painting, the story behind it and the background of the painter. Additionally, there's a free audioguide app (covering some of the most important works) with additional detail.
