The waterfall is not as high or as impressive as many other waterfalls. Still, it's a nice little hike and if you're around and have an afternoon off, it's definitely a nice little trip. Beautiful...

It was a wonderful visit. The natural beauty is surreal. The waterfall and the river is delight to watch. The hike is steep so I would rate it medium, depending on what time you plan to visit. The trail is sometimes slippery because of frozen steps.

It is a must see if you are going to Garmisch. It is an ideal starting point for a hike also. The waterfalls are amazing. There are couple of steep parts of the track which leads to the bridge. But nothing impossible.
