Made a pit stop in St Nectaire at the ferme, i bought the whole tome , incredible texture , unpasteurized, so flavory and it cost 18 Euro, at Zabar in NYC it will cost double and it is pasteurized...

A very interesting visit to see a live demonstration of how the cheese is made. You can also walk around on the farm a bit and watch them milk the cows.
