Future Form, Nice

Future Form's classes are fun, engaging, and an excellent workout! I took several classes with Jenny and some of the other instructors for several months in 2016 when I lived in Nice. The Piloxing class was my absolute favorite (if you're going to take one class, that should be it!). Jenny is an amazing and lovely teacher, and to this day I remember and practice lessons from her classes. Future Form began my love of pilates, boxing, and fitness overall -- it's the only studio I've ever loved so much I bought a monthly membership! Even years later, I stay in touch with Jenny and have followed along with their lessons remotely. She is a fantastic teacher who is attentive to detail, ensuring you're becoming stronger and sculpted in the right ways (for example, I still remember her emphasizing to not drop your elbows in certain arm movements, so that you tone your shoulders, too. I never knew that slight adjustment made such a difference in your body. No teacher has ever pointed that out!) It's still one of the best studios I've ever been able to take classes at (and I live in New York City), and one of my fondest experiences when I remember living in Nice. Thank you Jenny and Future Form team -- I hope to return again when I visit Nice in the future!

I have frequented this studio whilst on holiday in Nice numerous times over the years. It has a lovely feel to it and the classes are always very personal. The instructors are all lovely and speak very good English as well as French. Highly recommended.
