The site is also at the border of an extensive early Christian necropolis and location of a former monastery. From the outside it is difficult to really see the church as the streets are tight. You must go inside to see the stained glass, the crypt and of course the famous frog. Which is in the font near the.... more

From the outside it looked no different to any other church. Entrance is by a small door in the road behind the main hospital. Once inside it is a very different Basilica. Beautiful stained glass...
