If you love cooking, you will love this shop! Here you will find all of the ingredients, rings, moulds and tools a professional chef or amateur patisserie needs for baking cakes, preparing desserts, making chocolates etc etc. There are all sorts of food colorings, Valrhona chocolate, very fine Almond powder and other ingredients like isomalt for sugar work, normally only available to professionals, and all this at much lower prices than the other high street cooking shops. The owner is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This place is an Aladdin’s Cave for the serious cook. You will think you’ve died and gone to kitchen heaven. Highly highly recommended!

Great experience for a first cooking workshop. 3 hours of lessons on chocolate with good participation from everyone on each element cooked and a very attentive person I will come back
