You must visit this shop! We wandered into this shop during a short visit to Moustriers. The shopkeeper enthusiastically told us about the history of ceramics in the town. She explained the meaning of the various illustrations on the pieces and the connection between the shape of the plates and the fountains at the Palace of Versailles. It was such a lovely experience and we bought two beautiful plates as a keepsake of this trip. To top it off, we realized several hours later after dinner that we had left a jacket in the shop. It was our last day on the trip and we had an early morning flight the next day. We were resigned to never seeing the jacket again. Upon returning to our hotel, the jacket was magically hanging on the door to our room. The shop owner must have delivered it to our hotel while we were at dinner. We had mentioned where we were staying in passing. It's amazing that she remembered it and made the effort to return the jacket. This is a true testament to the hospitality of the region.
