Association Miam Miam, La Grande-Motte

For my birthday I was given a gift voucher: COOKING CLASS Spices are not only curry, saffron, it is also garlic, parsley, pepper... Patrick taught us well. During my internship, I chose to cook Italian. This cuisine is Patrick's favourite, he talks about it very well. We simmered different dishes and learned many things about spices: how to store them, what to pair them with, where to buy them...

I organized for my team of employees a seminar "world cuisine" at Patrick, this experience was very much appreciated by all. This team building took place in the conviviality and the good humor, it was very appreciated to be found in a completely relaxed framework where we learned tricks and wonderful recipes for the cooking of every day! Patrick is an expert who masters spices perfectly, I highly recommend it!
